Women in Finance Charter
‘A pledge for gender balance across financial services’
Global Processing Services has signed up to the ‘Women In Finance Charter’. This is a commitment by HM Treasury and signatory firms to work together to build a more balanced and fair industry. Firms that sign up to this Charter are pledging to be the best businesses in the sector.
The Charter:
When we signed up to the Charter in 2020 we set ourselves a target of 40% female representation in senior management. As of 31 December 2021 we have 26% female representation in senior management. We have extended our target date to 31 December 2022 and we expect to meet our target of 40% representation by this date.
