GPS’ Joanne Dewar named Technology Businesswoman of the Year in the Great British Businesswoman Awards

LONDON, 15 October 2021 – Global Processing Services (GPS) is thrilled to announce that Joanne Dewar, Chief Executive Officer, has been named Technology Businesswoman of the Year in the inaugural Great British Businesswoman Awards.

The Great British Businesswoman Awards were held virtually on 14 October 2021, brought together companies from across the UK to celebrate the women who are changing the face of business across the country.

The awards showcased business role models, advocates and mentors, as well as the inspirational women leading businesses and showing leadership in gender equality in the industry.

GPS’ Joanne, who is one of the leading voices in global payments and a passionate advocate for diversity, quality and inclusion in all guises, was crowned the first-ever winner of the Technology Businesswoman of the Year.
