Information that we collect
GPS processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligation. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way, other than as specified in this notice.

GPS has in place controls with any third parties required to process your personal data including but not limited to Controller to Processor agreements and contractual terms including all standard security requirements.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
